1. Double-lip Sealing Structure
Double-lip design: The front end features a pointed front lip, with 1~2 pointed back lips in the middle. The outer edge of the back lip is elevated by 0.1~0.3mm compared to the front lip, and the junction is crafted with transitional rounded corners.
Function: The front lip can accommodate large particles, while the back lip captures smaller particles and stores them in the angle, reducing friction resistance, enhancing wear resistance, and prolonging the life of the seal.
2. Assembly Type and Integral Type Structure
Assembly: Comprised of oil-resistant rubber lips (NBR or PU) and a nylon/tetrafluoroethylene/adhesive canvas root, secured by a pressing plate and clamp spring.
Integral type: Utilizes polyurethane (PU) for integrated molding, with a hardness of 94 Shore A, providing superior wear resistance suitable for high-pressure environments.
3. Multi-stage Sealing Optimization
The design incorporates a nylon ring at the small cone end of the rubber leather bowl, and a polyurethane wear-resistant layer is applied to the outer side, forming a multi-stage seal to minimize erosion from mud infiltration.

1. Typical Scenarios

2. Maintenance Strategy
Regular Inspection: Check for lip wear and root erosion every 200 hours and replace any abnormal parts promptly.
Installation Specification: Ensure that the pressing plate and clamp spring are securely fastened to prevent root stripping due to mud infiltration.
