A biomimetic sucking device made from food-grade liquid silicone, designed to mimic the shape and texture of a cow's teat. It is used to connect to bottles, buckets, or automatic feeders to assist calves in consuming milk replacer or milk.
Natural sucking training: Soft and elastic, it mimics a real teat, encouraging calves' instinctive sucking reflex and preventing coughing or digestive disorders caused by drinking from a bowl.
Reduce cross-infection: The silicone surface is smooth and pore-free, making it less likely to harbor bacteria compared to rubber. High-temperature disinfection (up to 150°C) does not release harmful substances.
Improve growth and development: control milk flow rate (to prevent it from being too fast), reduce calf diarrhea rates, and enhance nutrient absorption efficiency.
Installation steps: silicone nipple → insert into bottle cap → tighten leak-proof seal → test flow rate (milk should drip slowly when inverted)
Feeding posture: The height of the milk bucket should be approximately equal to the calf's shoulder height. Keep the teat level to avoid lifting it (to prevent milk from entering the lungs).
Cleaning process: After each use: rinse with clean water → soak in 1% edible alkali solution → boil for 5 minutes → air dry
Replacement cycle: It is recommended to replace every 2 weeks. Dispose immediately if cracks, deformation, or enlargement of holes occur.
